A laser-controlled edge ensures a precise 15-degree cutting angle per side, while the bolster supports a natural pinch grip for confident, controlled cutting.

The Four Star Eco extends ZWILLING’s nearly 300-year legacy of Solingen craftsmanship with a handle made from a minimum of 75% recycled polypropylene, permanently bonded to a partial tang for a secure, comfortable grip and a lighter environmental footprint. Handwash only.
