Exclusive to Sur La Table, this beautiful Shun Kagerou knife set is crafted from 71 layers of laser-cut sharpened steel that is braze welded, permanently fusing the pieces to create cutlery that stands the test of time. The Nakiri is ideal for slicing fruits and vegetables, while the small paring knife provides a cutting control that makes it a go-to in the kitchen. Additionally, the pakkawood handles are contoured for comfort and control.
