At its heart is Stratanium LEAP, an advanced ceramic-based nonstick surface developed exclusively by Scanpan and manufactured in Denmark. Engineered for durability, elasticity, and heat tolerance, it is a coating made without PFAS that looks, feels, and performs to Scanpan standards.

In independent testing, Stratanium LEAP meets or exceeds the performance limits of other coatings made without PFAS on the market across durability and nonstick criteria.
